Little do most of you probably know at this point, but we do have a few google ads floating around, mainly at the top, and at the bottom, along with on the side of my blog...
Now I was sorely confused on why this wasn't working on my browser, I check IE and it works fine. A talk with Master_Kale and it seems that he can't see them either, a quick check of Javascript log shows: Yep, an error in Google's Javascript, is this a problem with their programming, or a bug in Firefox? Well I throw open Konquer, works fine. I throw up a clean install of Firefox on my SuSE development server, no ads. Well so we can rule out addons and corrupted files causing it. I look up on Google tech support groups, and it seems to be a problem that some people experience and some people don't. However no one will post information on which build of Firefox they're using. It seems to be IPB specific, but why only Firefox 2.0.0.6? Seems kind of fishy if you ask me. I'm thinking we're looking at the first "work around" that needs to be programmed for Firefox for a change. -------------------- |
