Prohibited Activity
The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the board:

• Criminal activity of any kind.
• Advertising or solicitation of any products without permission of the board.
• Interfering or disrupting the function of the board.
• Attempting to impersonate another member.
• Using any information from the board in order to harass, abuse or harm another person.

Rules and Regulations

• Administrators and Moderators have the final say If you have a problem with a moderator please post in our contact an admin forum or PM an admin, do NOT continue to argue with the forum staff member.
• Do not post any inappropriate images While we're generally a 'mature' forum, a place where people can say and do what they want, we don't need gross and off topic images posted.
• No Hijacking threads Pulling threads off topic will not be tolerated, if you want to talk about something else, start a new thread.
• No trolling harassing the users of the board (outside of the stupid forum) is an unacceptable offenense this also applies to flamebaiting.

Punishment

• Generally punishment will come in the form of a temporary ban, a 'cool off' period if you will. A time to reflect and come back with a clean slate and a clear mind. Noting personal, we just don't want you to get too wraped up and frustrated.
• Attempts to get around such blocks will result in a perment ban.
• Perment ban appeals are possible after a considerable amount of time has passed, please contact a staff member if you wish to appeal.
• Any and all spam will be met with an immediate ban due to high activity of spam bots.
• Excessive breaking of rules, or attempt to cover up any tracks to any such rule breaking, can result in a 3rd party being contacted.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board.

Privacy Rights
While we do respect the privacy of our users, we do keep logs for security reasons. If for any reason you break the rules to the point of disrupting the forums we reserve the right to report any and all required information to the appropriate parties to resolve the problem.

Modification of the Rules/ToS
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms and any Guidelines periodically for changes.
